The CornerPass service
CornerPass provides tools for event setup, ticketing, seller/source tracking, buyer ticket access, delivery, reporting, and QR check-in. Feature availability can vary by account, event, role, connected provider, or release state.
Live buyer checkout is not approved while the launch gate remains disabled. No page in these terms overrides the server-side gate.
Accounts and authorized access
- Provide accurate account and promotion information.
- Keep credentials and access links private.
- Use only the permissions assigned to your active role/event.
- Notify CornerPass if access may be compromised.
- Do not share scanner passes or ticket-access material publicly.
Event organizer responsibilities
Event organizers control their event descriptions, dates, venue details, ticket inventory, prices, eligibility requirements, staff assignments, and buyer communications. Organizers are responsible for the event itself and for honoring applicable event/refund commitments.
Organizers must use their own connected Standard Stripe account and may not route another promotion's transactions or data through their event.
Ticket purchases and refunds
Buyers must provide accurate contact information and review the event/ticket details before purchase. A browser success screen is not the source of payment or ticket truth.
Refund requests are handled under the current Refund Policy and any applicable organizer terms. A request does not guarantee approval, and CornerPass does not promise partial or automatic refunds.
Tickets and event entry
Tickets, access links, and QR values are personal access material. Do not publish or share them. Database validation is authoritative for valid, duplicate, voided/refunded, wrong-event, and checked-in results.
Ticket delivery or email delay does not by itself change payment, ticket, refund, or entry status. Use the support page if access is missing.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, impersonation, or cross-promotion use.
- Payment, refund, ticket, inventory, or check-in manipulation.
- Sharing credentials, tokens, QR values, or protected buyer data.
- Interference with service security, reliability, or audits.
- Use of CornerPass for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Availability and changes
CornerPass may change or suspend features to protect security, transaction integrity, or service reliability. Operational incidents are handled through the current release/incident process. External providers and venue networks can affect availability.
