Buyer and event support

How can we help?

Recover ticket access, report a missing delivery, ask about a refund, or route an urgent event-day issue without exposing sensitive details.

Fastest buyer step

Find your tickets

Request a secure access email. Typing an email address alone never reveals tickets on screen.

Need a person?

Email CornerPass support

Include the event name and a safe order reference if available. Do not send card details, passwords, access links, or QR values.

Paid but no usable ticket

  1. Do not purchase the same order again.
  2. Use Find My Tickets to request a secure access email.
  3. If access still fails, email support with the event name and safe order reference.
  4. Say whether the event begins within 24 hours so the issue can be triaged correctly.

CornerPass will verify payment, fulfillment, ticket, and delivery state before suggesting a remedy. A browser receipt alone is not payment proof.

Ticket email did not arrive

  • Check spam/junk and search for “CornerPass.”
  • Use the secure ticket lookup instead of sharing an access link.
  • Ask the event organizer to use the supported resend action.
  • Never post a ticket QR or access URL in a support message.

Refund questions

Read the Refund Policy, then contact the event organizer or CornerPass support. The current supported operation is full-order only and requires authorized owner action. A request is not an approval.

Urgent event-day help

If an event starts within 24 hours and a paid ticket is missing, invalid, or inaccessible, use the support escalation page. Scanners cannot override payment, refund, ticket issuance, or ticket validity truth. They may only submit database-authoritative check-in validation for a valid ticket within their authorized event scope.

Promoter and team support

Include the promotion/event name, affected capability, and your role. Do not send connected-account credentials, environment values, buyer lists, or raw webhook/provider data.
