CornerPass Privacy Notice

This notice explains the information CornerPass uses to operate event pages, ticket orders, delivery, access, seller tracking, teams, and check-in.

Legal review pending. This is the public operational baseline. Human legal review remains open and may require updates before launch approval.

Information CornerPass handles

Accounts, promotions, and teams

Account and promotion details can include names, email addresses, organization information, role and membership records, event assignments, and authentication/security records.

Events, sellers, and ticket operations

CornerPass stores event and venue details, ticket types, seller attribution, order and ticket identifiers, delivery status, refund/void history, and check-in status needed to run the service.

Buyer and support information

Ticket purchase and recovery flows use buyer contact information and order/ticket records. Support messages contain the information a person chooses to send.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. CornerPass uses trusted transaction identifiers, amounts, currency, account context, and status evidence needed to reconcile orders and refunds. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials to CornerPass support.

Technical and security data

The service can process browser/device information, route and request timing, authentication/session records, and security/ reliability logs. Sensitive tokens and raw payment payloads are not appropriate for support messages or public evidence.

How information is used

  • Operate accounts, teams, events, sales, tickets, and check-in.
  • Process and reconcile payments, fees, refunds, and delivery.
  • Send tickets, access links, and operational notifications.
  • Prevent duplicate use, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Provide support and investigate reliability/security incidents.
  • Maintain auditable records and improve service performance.

Service providers and event organizers

Information is made available only as needed to operate the service—for example, to the relevant event promotion/team and to infrastructure, database, payment, and email service providers. Access is scoped by role and promotion where the product provides that boundary.

Event organizers are responsible for their own event operations and any information they collect or use outside CornerPass.

Retention

CornerPass keeps information for as long as needed to operate ticket access, event history, accounting/audit records, security, support, and legal obligations. Different records can have different retention periods. A deletion request may not remove records that must remain for transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal reasons.

Access, correction, and privacy requests

Contact CornerPass to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify the request and may retain records that cannot lawfully or safely be removed.

Ticket buyers should include only an event name and safe order reference when available. Never email a password, card number, access token, scanner-pass link, or ticket QR value.

Security

CornerPass uses role, tenant, token, and server-side validation controls designed to limit access. No service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected privacy or security issue through the escalation page.
